Self-managed Creators

How the world is so different right now… the suburb/ commuter lifestyle became redundant overnight and for the first time it doesn’t matter where you are in the world, everyone’s online.

You need time to learn and develop — for young people, this is mostly always self-managed. And it’s the information — the data that you get from this learning that’s valuable. For the past few months, I’ve been exploring things like acting because it broadens my perspective to form new ideas and this is valuable.

It’s even more important to self manage as disruption sets in — and now is an opportunity to do so. It isn’t always big businesses that have the skills and/or motivation to capitalise on insights from data assets to introduce new ideas. This opens up a market for startups and small businesses.

As everything is now decentralised there’s more opportunity to build new experiences and form conclusions from collated information, that may in turn, become a form of innovation.
